and friends. Our leather products are handmade and crafted of
the finest leather. They are guaranteed to hold up for the life
of your dog, as long they are not chewed. As much as we've tried,
we've yet to come up with a leather product that withstands
our dogs' chew power. However, they will withstand the rigorous
wear and tear of work and play.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ!
Please
remember to use our products and toys in the way they were designed
to be used. For example, your dog will get months or years of
pleasure from a tug toy when used during supervised, interactive
play. However, these same tugs may pose a safety risk for your
dog if you allow them to play with it unattended.
Return
policy:
We stand behind our products and are dedicated to providing
our clients with high quality products and personal service.
We will provide a full refund for any item within 30
days of purchase, upon the return of the item; with
the exception of our custom items. Please note that
custom items are not returnable unless defective. If
you need to return any of our products for any reason, please

for instructions on how to return the item.
Also
be sure to check our product descriptions for specific extended
guarantees. Many of our products have a replacement guarantee
if destroyed or damaged. Please see the individual product description
for guarantee details for that item. Our leather leashes have
a lifetime guarantee unless chewed. Just call or email us on
how to obtain a replacement.
